A critical thinker and curator, whose ‘recent research looks at contemporary practices outside the existing centers of the Indonesian art scene, she seeks to  reconnect artistic memory with past and ‘presumed narratives’.

In her presentation, Grace Samboh will be talking about two projects she is currently involved in. The first is the Unsung Museum, a mobile museum that aspires to ignite discourse about democracy in the Reformation Era with the arts community whilst not closing itself from the involvement of other disciplines. The second is towards the retrospective of Moelyono who is known for his artistic practices concerning logic-building, critical thinking and consciousness in rural areas all over Indonesia.
