Đạt Vũ is an emerging visual artist who works primarily with photography. An an honors graduate of Wesleyan University, USA, and a Mortimer Hays- Brandeis Traveling Fellow, Đạt looks forward to experimenting with installation and video. His most notable exhibitions include: ‘Constructions of Disquiet’, Golden West Community Art Gallery, Huntington Beach, California, USA (2016); ‘Glass Closet, Secret Egg’, Zilkha Gallery, Middletown, Connecticut, USA (2015); ‘Born with HIV’, Site-specific, Cu Chi, Vietnam (2011). He is the first artist to take part in ‘Materialize’, an ongoing exhibition program initiated by The Factory, in response to the great lack of space and opportunity for Vietnamese artists to experiment and display their art in Vietnam.
