Currently living and working in Hanoi, Đặng Thuỳ Anh will present – for the first time in Saigon – her multimedia body of work (including installation, photography, video art and illustration) which studies and compares human and mollusc societies. Intrigued by the similarities found in their respective social interaction and survival tactics, Thuỳ Anh has been working on this project for the last two years, a dedicated continuation and development of her fascination with learning about the connection between the worlds of human and nature. Thuỳ Anh has participated in the international performance art festival NIPAF & IN:ACT (2017), and exhibited at MAP (Heritage Space, 2018); Emerging Artists 6 (Nhà Sàn Collective, 2017).
