Phạm Đình Tiến

Born in 1988 in Lâm Đồng province (Vietnam), Phạm Đình Tiến graduated from the Department of Sculpture, Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Art in 2012. He is currently a lecturer at this same Department. He is most known for his works showing distorted bodies, the tension of the muscles, feelings of solitude that exude from metals. He has participated and has received awards in the Young Biennale HCMC; DOGMA’s ‘Portraiture’ Art Prize and the annual exhibitions organized by the Ho Chi Minh Association of Fine Art. In 2014, he participated in the fifth iteration of Sàn Art Laboratory with a resulting exhibition ‘Come to [what] end?’.
